Toekoe Hoessin Longbattah was an Achehnese chief associated with Longbatta who served as a Dutch and allied auxiliary in Groot-Atjeh during the period of the alliance with Toekoe Oemar, guiding the Dutch column to Biloel in May 1894 and leading the storm of Senelop alongside Oemar in March 1894.

Hooijer recorded that the post of Biloel was erected in the night of 20 May to 21 May 1894 at the request of Toekoe Nja Mohammad, head of the IX Moekims, and that he and Toekoe Hoessin Longbattah — wiens moeder daar woonde, “whose mother lived there” — showed the Dutch column the way to the site.
The storm of Senelop
At Senelop on 12 March 1894, where the sister of the late Habib Samalanga commanded with fifteen other women who had devoted themselves to death, the fighting was severe. Only when Toekoe Djohan placed himself at the head of his troops with his sunshade in his hand and ran in upon the fortification together with Toekoe Hoessin Longbattah — who waved a handkerchief as he came on — did the attack succeed. Dutch troops occupied the position three days later.
