Arnold Mononutu was the Indonesian Minister of Information (min. v. Voorlichting) who, in May 1952, accompanied the Minister of Trade and Industry, Mr. Sujono Hadimoto, on an inspection tour of the oil enterprises in Atjeh on Sumatra. The delegation also included Ir. Darmawan Mangunkusumo, Sunu Sumosastro, and the parliament member Tengku Mohamad Hassan.
