Hof van Politie en Justitie was the colonial judicial body responsible for legal proceedings against rebels. Governor Van Hoogenheim noted on 26 January that the court was involledig (incomplete) and sought the appointment of impartial judges from the Netherlands.

Role in the Campaign

The court oversaw the sentencing of rebels at Dageraad, including death sentences and other punishments.
