Document signed by oelèëbalangs of the onderhoorigheden acknowledging Dutch authority and hoisting the Dutch flag. Initially 6 articles; later expanded to 15 then 18 articles; replaced by the 3-article ‘korte Atjeh-verklaring’ in 1898.
