II Moekims Titeuë was the moekim of Pidië whose oelèëbalang T. Béntara Titeuë fatally stabbed overste W. B. J. A. Scheepens at Sigli on 10 October 1913.
The affair began when the oelèëbalang’s son, walking through the gampong, ordered a follower to pick coconuts from a tree on another man’s yard and was struck over the skull with a parang by the owner. The monthly report closed: “Peace and order in the territory of Titeuë were not disturbed for a moment by what had occurred.”
