Officier van gezondheid Tromp was a Dutch officer of the Netherlands East Indies Army serving in the outposts of Groot-Atjeh during the alliance period of 1893–1896, recorded by G. B. Hooijer in De verlaten posten in Groot-Atjeh.

He was one of the two officieren van gezondheid (medical officers) identified by G. B. Hooijer on the plate of Biloel, the other being Nanta.
