Officier Dijkstra was a Dutch officer of the Netherlands East Indies Army serving in the outposts of Groot-Atjeh during the alliance period of 1893–1896, recorded by G. B. Hooijer in De verlaten posten in Groot-Atjeh.

He was among the officers whom G. B. Hooijer identified on the plate of Biloel, seated behind the bench sheltered by an earthen wall thrown up to catch enemy bullets while the officers sat talking.
