Darwin Amin was an Indonesian civil servant who, in February 1950, was a member of the official delegation that accompanied the acting governor of North Sumatra, Sarimin Reksodihardjo, on an inspection visit to Atjeh. The delegation, which included some ten civil servants and journalists, also comprised R. S. Danunagoro, Abdul Wahab Siregar, Ismail Daulay, Moh. Diri Harahap, Dr. Sahar, and Zainul Basri.
