Has enterprise Langsa (to distinguish government enterprise) which by mostly Belgian capital founded, and Kemoening. Both rubber lands under one management together factory. Moreover Damar Sipoet thousand baoe rubber. Only oliepalm enterprise in underafdeeling is Karang Inouë 1922 800 baoe plant yet belonging Vereenigde Ned. Oliepalm-Cultuur then for 24k gulden Sipef. Recently little money handed Japanese company Dutch Borneo Plantations Cy. Blang Simpo worthless rubber land returned, Aloer Soenasang unopened returned, Panton Meuriah Japanese not maintained etc.
Notes general phenomenon Langsa much money used quickly become large; when difficulty came no money preservation worse than Temiang. 12k contractors time now <2k assistants gone management mandoer alone. Situation can change as soon rubber market more favorable.
