Nisam is a landschap in the onderafdeeling Lho’ Seumawé of the afdeeling Noordkust van Atjeh, neighbouring Tjoenda. Cattle from Nisam and Tjoenda is sold to traders from Medan. The two landschappen have water from the Kroeeng Boeloeh, in which one finds, 12 km west of Lho’ Seumawé, a stone dam which is from time to time endangered by the bandjirs. The population is lukewarm towards such works and does little or nothing on its side.
