Kroeeng Djamboe Aje is the river forming the northern border of the landschap Idi rajeu in the onderafdeeling Idi of the afdeeling Oostkust van Atjeh. Its overflowing causes enough trouble to require a firm dyke along it, from which the beautiful kampong Lho Nibong profits with its many dwellings and gardens full of palms. The prevention of swamp-formation by river-water and the effective use of it for agriculture may also in the onderafdeeling Idi be worked upon.
