Tengku Soelaiman was an Indonesian civil servant who, by decision of 7 March 1950, was appointed secretary to the governor of North Sumatra (gouv. v. Nd.-Sumatra). The appointment was made by the acting governor Sarimin Reksodihardjo as part of the administrative reorganisation following the dissolution of the Negara Sumatera Timur and the incorporation of the pre-war residencies of Atjeh, Tapanuli, and East Sumatra into the autonomous province of North Sumatra.
