Kremer (pre-1930s) was a Scholar of Islam in Atjeh mentioned in Jongejan’s Land en Volk van Atjeh Vroeger en Nu in connection with Aceh. Together with Snouck Hurgronje, described the Atjeh Koran education system, on which the book’s account is largely based.
