F. Ch. Frank was a Dutch non-commissioned officer and Sergeant who served nine years in the Korps Maréchaussée.
Military Career and Service in Aceh
Born in 1865, Frank enlisted in 1893 and served extensively in Aceh. He was awarded the Knight 4th Class Military William Order (M.W.O.) in 1905, received an Honourable Mention in 1906, and was promoted to Knight 3rd Class M.W.O. in 1908. He later served as a Police Commissioner 2nd Class.
