Abdul Kadir was an Indonesian official who served as the representative of the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (min. v. Verkeer en Openbare Werken) of the Republic of the United States of Indonesia (R.S.S.). He officially opened the new railway connection at the ceremony at Besitang, at which the Atjeh-related incident involving B. de Jong and C. A. Zandbergen was noted.
