Political Policy and Administrative Care in the Outer Possessions was the memorandum by Hendrikus Colijn on political policy and administrative care in the buitenbezittingen, named by du Croo with the Korte Verklaring as Colijn’s chief contribution.
Colijn was “the father of the Short Declaration and of the memorandum Political Policy and Administrative Care in the Outer Possessions, the right hand of Van Heutsz.” The memorandum is listed among the works consulted for Generaal Swart.
