VII Moekims Pidië was the separately administered territory of Pidië placed under a civil administrator in 1909.
It was one of the sub-divisions — with the sagi of the XXII Moekims, Tamiang, Serbödjadi, Poelò Raja and Tapa’ Toean — which the administrative reorganisation allowed to pass to civil administrators in the year after its introduction.
