A location in Acheh. A renowned religious teacher who succeeded his father resided here. In the sadati dialogue: ‘Logic is taught at Lam Paya, dogma at Krueng Kale; your questions are put without consideration.’ Also: ‘At Krueng Kale there are many teachers, Teungku Meuse is as the lamp of the world.’ Teungku Krueng Kale alias Haji Muda studied at Mekka as well. The tomb of Teungku di Batee Puteh on a hill near Krueng Raya (XXVI Mukims) is mentioned separately.
