Klappa Satoe — modern Kelapa Satu, Coconut-One — is a kampong close to Sigli in the afdeeling Pidië, a place with a war-memory, where formerly there really stood a single coco-palm — ‘vroeger wezenlijk één cocospalm stond’ — but where now some thousands of trees stand and are neatly maintained.
