Teukoe Bintara Keumangan (1874 submission) was a Acehnese regional chief mentioned in Jongejan’s Land en Volk van Atjeh Vroeger en Nu in connection with Aceh. Acehnese chief who after Van Swieten’s proclamation of 31 March 1874 set as condition for his written submission that the rule of his land must remain in his and his descendants’ hands - an early example of how chiefs tried to preserve their authority under Dutch rule.
