Lieutenant P. Colombon was a Dutch marine officer who distinguished himself during the Dutch expedition against the rulers of Tanette and Soepa in June 1824. For his conduct he was later appointed a knight of the Military William Order 4th class.
Expedition of June 1824
Colombon participated in the landing on the main town of Tanette on 19 June 1824 and the subsequent assault on Soepa on 14 August 1824 with a force of roughly one hundred and fifty men.
