C.H. Visscher was a Captain of the 5th company of the 3e Bataljon Infanterie in the Dutch military.
Service
Alongside Captain W. Pordon, Visscher commanded the central column during the fierce assaults of the Second Conquest of the Great Missigit on 14 April 1873.
