M. Nijhoff — Martinus Nijhoff — was the Dutch publishing house of ‘s-Gravenhage (The Hague) that served as the publisher of the Koninklijke Vereeniging Koloniaal Instituut, and thus as the publisher of the Bijdragen tot de Taal-, Land- en Volkenkunde van Nederlandsch-Indië (the B.K.I.), of the annual Literatuur-Overzicht, and of the separate offprints of vernacular-text editions issued from the B.K.I. — including the Damsté edition of the Hikajat Eitia Toedjoh (1939) and the van der Linden commemoration of the third centenary of the Atjeh martyrs.
