Güntzel & Schumacher — also written Handel-Mij. Güntzel & Schumacher — was a Dutch trading-company active in the Gouvernement Atjeh en Onderhoorigheden, with an office at Langsa and a coast-trade consisting of a tug with tongkangs, plying between Idi and Belawan in connection with its licence for the exploitation of flood-forests. At Langsa it is one of the trading-houses that remained after the Factorij, the Deli-Atjeh-Mij. and the firm Kehding had closed their offices.
